Celebrate with us 50 years of providing janitorial services in Southern Orange County, primarily Irvine. Geissler Building Care is a third-generation full service janitorial provider with the emphasis on commercial projects in Irvine and the surrounding cities.
How It All Started
Geissler Building Care (formerly Pacific Building Care) has seen the area grow from strawberry fields and orange groves to world class corporations. The thing that hasn't changed is the need for first class janitorial/sanitizing services.

For 30 years, Rodrigo Belalcazar has been there to make sure your needs are met by your janitorial workers. Ted and Rodrigo believe that customer satisfaction is a result of janitors that are treated well with $1.00 over minimum wage for the workers up to $22.00 per hour and paid national holidays. All workers get a cash bonus at Christmas. The workers are bonded, insured by workers' compensation, and thoroughly trained by their supervisor.

Geissler Building Care Today
BEFORE: Pacific Building Care was founded in 1969 by Ted Geissler with the goal to be the best family owned janitorial service; that it would be their only business and that they would stay in a close geographical area, strictly local.
In the following 38 years the company grew to over 900 employees cleaning 20,000,000 square feet every night. It wouldn't have been possible without the many clients that we had longtime vendor partnerships.We are very grateful for those years. Pacific Building Care was sold in 2006.
