Rodrigo is the controller of all the operations of the company both day and night. He is very hands on interacting with the supervisors, janitors, and Judi in the back office. With 37 years experience in the janitorial industry he knows how to make things run smoothly.
Rodrigo manages the entire workforce, employment policies, safety meetings, and compliance. Rodrigo is highly trained in clean room protocol. Records are closely kept up to date. When the Covid pandemic came Rodrigo designed a disinfecting/sanitizing program to protect our customers.
